Crafts
These are some ideas I have found as I search the web or talk to crafty friends and family. Feel free to click the links and go to the sites if I did not include instructions on each cool gift idea.
During my child hood I loved the home made crafty gifts because they are unique and fun. We were raised on a farm and sometimes we had to make our own gifts to give to each of the family. Do not feel like people are not going to like them because they are home made. Some of the best gifts are so because of the love that goes into them. We as a society have been programed to feel bad if we cannot run to the store and buy a nice gift for our loved ones. I am not saying that it is not a good idea, but look at all the care and love that is lost by not making something yourself. Not to mention it is cheaper, and when the budget gets tight it makes sense to make the gifts yourself. So have fun and get to work on those gifts for this upcoming holiday season (put any money you save into getting out of debt or saving for future expenditures).

- Try Origami Flowers with a twist. I have included this link to Origami Flowers Folding Instructions . Practice making some flowers and then when you have it down try doing it with a dollar or ten dollar bill. Fold it up and give it away.
