Basic Mix (Bisquick)
8 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbs. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. instant milk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add the oil and mix well until consistency or meal. To use add water, form and cook at about 400′. Use for biscuits, pizza crust or add sugar and eggs for pancakes.

Basic Sweet Roll Dough
In a large bowl:
1/3 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine.
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
Mix together until milk is dissolved. Let cool. In another bowl:
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbs yeast
When yeast is dissolved beat in 2 eggs (until frothy) and 1/2 Tbs. salt. Put all mixture together and add 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour or until mixture forms a soft dough. ...
