Whole Wheat Pancakes

Blend on high speed for 4 minutes:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 to 1 cup wheat kernels

Add and blend for 1 minute:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 TB sugar (opt)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda

Allow to sit 5 minutes.
