Makes about 6 quarts
6 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 – 1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients except raisins. Stir in and coat thoroughly with:
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Last five minutes add 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit.

1-10 ounce package marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
5 cups Granola

Put 1 cup washed wheat kernels and 1 cup milk in blender.
Blend together.
Add 3 eggs
3 Tbsp. Margarine
3 Tbsp. Cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp sugar.
Blend well, and add 1 tsp. baking powder and blend.

2 1/2 cups leftover rice OR Boil 1-cup rice with 2 cups water. (Be sure to bring water to a boil before adding rice) Boil slowly for 15 minutes. Cool.
1 cup vanilla pudding mix
2 cups water
cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Blend water and vanilla pudding mix. Chill. Add rice and fold in. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. (raisins can be added if desired.) Serve.
